Hoopla Digital Streaming Media

We’re excited to be offering Hoopla, a service that allows Monroe patrons to stream movies, music, ebooks, audiobooks, television shows, and comics.

To use Hoopla, you will need a current Monroe library card in good standing.  Once you have accessed the website or downloaded the app, use your library barcode to create an account.  Content changes regularly so if you don’t see something you like today, check back another day.

Supported Devices:

PC or Mac desktop/laptop: Access Hoopla at hoopladigital.com.  We recommend you use the Google Chrome browser on your desktop computer.  If you use Internet Explorer, you’ll have to download a plug-in called WideVine.

  Apple device: Download the Hoopla app from the App Store (iOS 6+ required.)

 Android Device: Download Hoopla app from the Google Play Store.

  Kindle Fire only: Download Hoopla app from the Amazon App Store.
